If you have recently moved into a premises supplied by Castle Water, please let us know as soon as you can.
All customers are required to complete our “Move In” form which can be found in the customer portal. Where possible, you should take a meter reading before beginning this form.
If you haven’t logged in before, all you need to register is your account number, email address, and postcode.
If you have moved out of a premises supplied by Castle Water, please let us know by completing our “Move Out” form below.
We will update our records and issue your final bill. If your account shows an overpayment, any remaining balance will be refunded upon account closure.
