We are looking for a full time Sales Team Leader based in our offices in Ayr.
The Team Leader – Sales (Scotland)role is central to Castle Water’s Sales strategy in the Scottish Market. The Team Leader’s primary responsibility is to grow company revenue and profit through all sales channels by effectively managing and motivating the Sales team. This diverse role will require involvement in all aspects of the Sales strategy, from coaching and supporting individual team members in achieving their targets and delivering a market-leading service experience, to direct customer engagement to close new business, retain customers and resolve any escalated issues.
Reporting directly to the Sales Director (Scotland), the Team Leader is responsible for sales performance at both individual and team levels, ensuring the achievement of targets and KPI’s. This includes developing skills and capability within the team via training, coaching and mentoring. The Team Leader is required to monitor sales activity, report to senior management in line with targets and KPI’s, and actively participate in the formation of new sales strategies and tactics. As well as managing the internal Sales team, including implementing HR and other organisational policies, the Team Leader will directly engage with customers and prospective customers in order to achieve new business and retention targets.
