The Internal Sales Team  is central to Castle Water’s Sales strategy in the Scottish Market. The apprentices primary responsibility is to support the growth of company revenue via all sales channels. You will receive training to provide a broad understanding and competency in all aspects of Scottish Sales activities, from producing customer proposals and direct sales, to customer retention and supporting colleagues in completion of national tenders.

The Accounts Department is central to our activities and provides an opportunity to use a range of relevant skills. The main responsibilities include processing customer payments, processing refunds, producing statements of customer accounts and addressing balance and payment queries. Â
Reporting to the Accounts Team Leader, the role will collaborate with all areas of the business, requiring an understanding of the wider business as well as the role of the Accounts team. The role also involves communicating with customers both via email and over the phone.

If you’re aged 16-24, you can apply for a Customer Service or Business Administration Modern Apprenticeship.
In this dynamic full-time role you’ll earn as you learn valuable transferable skills and work towards achieving a nationally recognised SVQ. We take a collaborative approach to working, so you’ll likely have the opportunity to rotate around departments to improve your business knowledge and skillset and widen your experience.

Any of our team who have completed a Modern Apprenticeship can apply for a Graduate Apprenticeship. In this fully funded programme in partnership with The University of Dundee, participants spend 4 days a week working at Castle Water and one day a week at the University. After four years the Graduate will be awarded the same honours degree as someone studying full time.
