We are offering an opportunity to join our dynamic Credit Control team in our offices in Ayr.
The Credit Control Advisor plays an important role in our collection operations, with the primary objective being to optimise the collection of overdue accounts and unpaid invoices, whilst adhering to the Collections and Escalation process.
It falls within the remit of the Credit Control Advisor to maintain meticulous records of all Collection activity and Customer interactions, promptly addressing any enquiries or disputes raised by customers.
The position is ideally suited for individuals who are confident, possess strong communication skills and can effectively manage their own workload.
