The club switched their water and wastewater services to Castle Water in 2016, taking advantage of our excellent pricing, excellent customer service, online self-serve options, and free water efficiency advice.
Since switching to Castle Water, the club has continued to save money on their water and wastewater bills each year, allowing them to allocate the savings back into the club.
Customer advice, support, and issue resolution all play an important part in the customer-supplier relationship. Our customer service advisors are based in Scotland and are trained to support the ever-changing needs of our customers.
We understand the day-to-day experiences of our customers, and the reality of the business water market – and we not just responding to the evolution of the industry, we’re speaking up on behalf of our customers. Last year we saved our customers over £4 million during the pandemic with a market-leading initiative to address temporary business closures. Despite significant initial opposition, we managed in April 2020 to reach agreement that ensured we were able to stop charging many of our customers for the lockdown.
Our Scotland-based team continue to support the club to answer any queries or questions they have about their business water account.
“Any time we’ve had any queries or questions on our account, Castle Water have resolved them immediately. I have found that the customer support is very good and any issues are answered and resolved immediately.”
