For the second year running, Castle Water both attended the event and proudly sponsored the Future Skills Award; the award recognises organisations that invest in developing the skills of the future workforce. This distinguished event, held at the stunning Carnoustie Golf Hotel in Carnoustie, Scotland, showcased the exceptional achievements of businesses in the region and celebrated their commitment to excellence.

Alison Henderson, CEO of the Dundee & Angus Chamber of Commerce, presided over the event, guiding attendees through an inspiring afternoon filled with celebration and recognition.
2023 Future Skills Award winner
The winner of the 2023 Future Skills Award was the High School of Dundee. The school’s dedication to nurturing young talent and fostering skills development has left a memorable mark on the community. Castle Water congratulates the High School of Dundee for their outstanding achievement in this category.
The competition was fierce, with two other exceptional finalists: Hillcrest and MacIntyres Chocolate Systems. Both finalists showcased their commitment to skill development and community engagement, making the decision a challenging one for the judges.

Net Zero Award: Presented to Forbes of Kingennie for their commitment to sustainability and achieving net-zero carbon emissions.
Future Skills Award: Awarded to High School of Dundee for their innovative curriculum developing young talent.
Internationalisation Award: Recognizing MacIntyre Chocolate Systems for their global reach and impact.
Digital Innovation Award: Awarded to M3 Networks for their pioneering work in the digital sphere.
People Pioneer Award: Bestowed upon Street Soccer Scotland for their dedication to empowering individuals through sport and social inclusion.
Overall Winner: Shaper/Caper, who demonstrated excellence across multiple categories and were celebrated as the overall winner of the event.
