Castle Water is proud to announce that it has been shortlisted as one of the top eight businesses in the UK for Customer Satisfaction at the prestigious British Business Awards 2025, in association with NatWest. The shortlist was unveiled today, recognising 143 businesses across 18 award categories.
Castle Water is honoured to be named among leading organisations, including Scottish Water, Wheatley Group, JW Filshill, KDM Group, Miller Homes, MDDUS, and LAR Housing Trust, all vying for the top spot in this category.
The British Business Awards celebrate the outstanding achievements of businesses across the UK, with more than 300 companies submitting entries this year. An independent shortlisting panel carefully evaluated each nomination based on their positive impact on their workforce, sector, and the overall contribution to the British economy. The awards aim to raise £1 million for homelessness charity Social Bite, supporting vulnerable people across the UK.
